Justice for Yeoh Boon Cheng, murdered by a gunman on 30.3.03. Motive unknown. The weapon was not found. Exactly 7 years later on 31.3.10 the man identified as the killer was found guilty by the High Court. This was the first murder case I “won”. Prosecutors do not really attribute them as cases “won” but that charges were proved in accordance with law. There is no KPI for cases “won” and I hope it remains that way. This was the only case I handled where identification by witnesses at the scene was supported by photofit.
